As Project Manager - Transformation Lead you will be analyzing and diagnosing specific areas of business and providing recommendations. You will provide expertise, find solutions, and get involved with all aspects of your job when implementing changes and improvements.
You will be applying broad-based knowledge and experience about a specific area of the business to help design, develop, and implement strategic improvement plans, identify performance gaps, develop and support the implementation of a recommended plan of action to close the gap, and provide for the long-term sustainability of the initiative.

Qualifications/Requirements

With experience of at least 5 years in the banking industry
Has experience in data analysis - identification of problems, creation of hypotheses, data gathering and coding (using SQL, AWS, Python, or R/SAS), presentation of the findings, and creation of recommendations.
With expertise in monitoring report files (excel, tableau, or PowerBI) and building dashboards.
With effective listening, speaking, and presentation abilities.
Has experience in managing a team to implement projects or changes.
