Job Overview:

As a Project Management Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the technical team and the client, understanding their needs, and strategically directing your project toward success. You’ll manage the delicate balance of scope, budget, and schedule, ensuring that engineering expertise and efficient management drive the project forward.

Your day-to-day will be spent coordinating internal and external teams, tracking project progress, and adjusting strategies when necessary to stay aligned with project goals. Whether it's adjusting timelines, revising scope, or fine-tuning the budget, you'll always be at the forefront, ensuring everything stays on track.

You’ll also be the key point of contact for client stakeholders, keeping them updated on the project’s evolution and being their go-to resource for any changes or developments. Your ability to maintain relationships and foster collaboration will be key to delivering projects that exceed expectations.

Qualifications/Requirements



Academic Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Communications Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Engineering (CoE), Information Technology (IT), or related fields.
Professional Certification: Ideally, a licensed engineer or equivalent certification.
Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in project management, preferably in a technical environment.
Design Expertise: Skilled in using 2D/3D design applications to bring ideas to life and ensure precision in project visuals.
Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of both hardware and software configurations related to network equipment, blending engineering knowledge with cutting-edge technology.
Effective Communicator: Excellent technical presentation and communication skills to engage stakeholders and simplify complex concepts.
Tech Tools Proficiency: Mastery in MS Office and Google Workspace, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Project Management Platforms: Experience in navigating web technologies and software project management tools to keep projects on track.
