Job Description

1. 20% Design and Implement Monitoring System
1.1. Develop and implement monitoring plan of the Office of the Director’s identified institute-wide projects to
generate regular information related to the progress of each project
1.2. Provide technical support on the implementation of monitoring and evaluation of projects
1.3. Liaise with necessary offices/units to collect and analyze data to determine the progress of each report
2. 20% Project Information Management
2.1. Track project’s output and outcome on a periodic basis
2.2. Coordinates with the project implementing teams as well as identified end-users
2.3. Review and compile monitoring reports, project progress reports and evaluation reports
2.4. Develop, update and maintain project database
3. 20% Reporting and Documentation
3.1. Prepare periodic progress reports of all Office of the Director’s identified institute-wide projects
3.2. Track documents and deliverables of other RITM and non-RITM units/offices required by the Office of the
Director
3.3. Drafts necessary reports and correspondences assigned
4. 10% Assist in organizing and facilitating various events of the Office of the Director such as EXECOM meetings,
conferences and seminars
5. 10% Prepares minutes of the meeting
6. 10% Assist in QMS-related activities including planning, implementation and monitoring the Office of the Director QMS
7. 10% Performs other related functions as may be assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum Qualification Standards (per Civil Service Commission Quality Standards Manual);
     Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
     Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience
     Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training
     Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility
Relevant Qualifications to the Position;
     Education: Social Science or Health related degree e.g. Development Communication, Biology, Biochemistry,
  Nursing, Public Health or its equivalent
     Experience: Excellent communication and writing skills (oral and written) in English, including an ability to write technical reports; relevant experience in handling Monitoring & Evaluation works
