PROJECT DEVELOPMENT OFFICER III (COS)

Functions and Responsibilities of Project Development Officer III

• Assists in the development and maintenance of policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical or improper conduct and recommends revisions thereto as may be required from time to time.
• Assists in the monitoring and coordination of compliance and risk activities of other departments to remain up to date on the status of all compliance activities; to identify trends; and take appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness
• Addresses regulatory management issues and concerns by collecting information needed, soliciting ideas from staff, analyzing options, making recommendations and providing inputs and implementing or monitoring the implementation of approved solutions.
• Collaborate with relevant government agencies and BCDA departments in the institutionalization of processes/compliance with requirements in BCDA
• Monitor relevant government issuances that shall be disseminated to BCDA departments for its implementation
• Performs other related functions as may be assigned from time to time.
