Job Qualifications:
1. Graduate of Business Administration/Management or Technical (Architectural/Engineering) related courses.
2. Minimum 1 - 3 years relevant work experience in real estate/construction firms (residential, malls, mixed use, offices, leisure etc.) and/or handled various project development functions. May accept fresh graduates with good scholastic record.
3. Highly/proficient in all aspects of communication, including oral, written, presentation and negotiation skills.
4. With critical thinking/, problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Proficient in all aspects of project management including understanding of the principles, tools/methodologies and resource management.
6. With technical knowledge and professional skills. Always attuned with the latest trends, innovations, best practices, market competition, and industry practices.
7. Proficient/familiar with various software applications such as SAP, Smart Sheets, MS Office applications – MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
8. With basic knowledge and understanding of general economics and financial concepts.
9. Proficient in financial acumen in relation to the formulation and actualization of P&L and in-depth understanding of the factors and risks affecting financial performance of projects.
10. Can deal and handle non-critical to (low) complex/critical problems and tasks relevant to PD Operations.
11. Familiar with all ALVEO product lines with strong business, sales and marketing sense.
12. With leadership/, proactive, result-driven, openness to change and process approach mindset.
13. Very/keen on details specifically in financial, legal, and technical matters relevant to PD Operations.
14. Proficient in coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional departments, projects, teams and other stakeholders of the Company.
