SITE ACQUISITION REGIONAL PROJECT MANAGER 


JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Responsible for managing all phases of site acquisition activities across a designated region

2. Lead and manage end-to-end site acquisition processes for multiple projects within the assigned region

3. Supervise and coordinate activities of site acquisition vendors, legal teams, and permitting authorities


Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Chinese Proficiency Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese.
  2. Strong understanding of lease negotiations, permitting, zoning, and environmental regulations.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  4. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Smartsheet).
  5. Ability to travel as needed within the region.
