POSITION TITLE: NPI MANAGER

(1) VACANCY

• New products from customers imported into the factory of Philippines.
• Managing and mentoring the Philippines production engineers and staff to set up the factory standards.
• Teach new technology for NPI Engineer of Philippine.
• Teach the Philippines factory staff set up the factory standards.
• Evaluate of new equipment and new JIG and import.
• Handle SMT/COB process abnormal and teach process technology
• Manage communication and resolve issues with program team, suppliers, and manufacturers.
• Manage component readiness through cost-analysis, obtaining resources, and implementing operation program and schedule.
• A role in overseeing processes, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring product quality. 
• Coordinating with departments like procurement, design, manufacturing and QC. 
• Ensuring that every step of the process is functioning effectively to avoid costly delays and lost sales opportunities
• Maintain staff for job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Responsible for providing support in the various functions, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling.
