The primary function as a DEPUTY CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER:

Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day project coordination and execution.

Help develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans.

Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on performance, issues, and risks.

Help control costs and project scope, flagging potential overruns or delays.


Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Both in English and Mandarin, Chinese; Strong Public Speaking skills
