1. Graduate of Business Administration/Management or Technical (Architectural/Engineering) related courses. Post Graduate degree is an advantage.
2. Minimum of 8 to 11 years relevant work experience in real estate/construction firms/other related industries and/or handled various project development functions in group managerial level.
3. Excellent in all aspects of communication, including oral, written, presentation and negotiation skills
4. With strong critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Excellent/highly proficient in all aspects of project management including in-depth understanding of the principles, tools/methodologies, and resource management.
6. Well-versed on ALVEO’s Project Development process/cycle and product lines.
7. With advanced/ technical knowledge and professional skills relevant to project development operations.
8. Familiar with various software applications such as SAP, Smartsheet, MS Office applications – MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
9. High/business acumen relevant to economic/financial concepts and impact on operations.
10. High/financial proficiency in relation to the formulation and actualization of P&L and in-depth understanding of the factors and risks affecting financial performance of projects.
11. Can deal and handle all (moderate to high) complex/critical problems and tasks relevant to project development operations.
12. With strong leadership and organizational development skills.
13. With high level of/ strategic thinking, result-driven, openness to change and process approach mindset.
14. Very keen on details specifically in financial, legal, and technical matters relevant to project development operations.
15. Highly proficient in coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional departments, projects, teams and other stakeholders of the Company.
