General Job Description:
The Project Development Assistant will play an active role in all phases of project development from land acquisition, project conceptualization, planning, execution, and turnover. He/She will be part of the group that will oversee the project in coordination with various internal business units from Sales and Marketing, Finance, Planning and Design and Property Management.
Specific Tasks:
Project Planning
1. Assist in the conduct of market research and competitor study.
2. Assist in the preparation of financial projections, price lists and payment terms.
3. Assist in the preparation of monitoring of project budget.
4. Assist in the coordination with various internal departments.
Project Implementation
1. Close monitoring of project inventory and development progress.
2. Set and attend meetings and trainings with sellers and brokers as needed.
3. Attend design and construction meetings.
4. Monitor construction status of units and land development.
5. Coordinate with various government offices for the acquisition of permits and licenses.
Project Turnover
1. Monitors turnover of units to buyers.
