Job Description

 Assist in the planning and coordination of new store branch construction and fit-out projects from
inception to completion.  Coordinate with contractors, architects, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow.  Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
  Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with blueprints, specifications, and quality standards.  Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections of existing store branches to identify repair
needs and ensure operational efficiency.
 Coordinate and oversee repair works, ensuring timely resolution of maintenance issues (e.g., plumbing, carpentry, painting).
 Procure and manage necessary materials and tools for maintenance tasks.
 Perform installation, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical devices, fixtures, and wiring in new
and existing branches as needed (e.g., lighting, outlets, basic equipment connections).
 Ensure all electrical works comply with safety standards and local regulations.
 Coordinate with licensed electricians for complex electrical systems or major installations when
required.
 Manage helper requests and supervise their work on-site, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
and safely.
 Ensure all construction and maintenance activities adhere to occupational safety and health
standards.
 Comply with all relevant building codes and permits.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical) or a related technical field. A
  • vocational diploma with extensive relevant experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, construction supervision, facilities
  • maintenance, or a similar role.
  • Proven hands-on experience in basic electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Familiarity with site supervision and coordinating with contractors/suppliers.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles (planning, execution, monitoring, closing).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects
  • and tasks simultaneously.
  • Willing to travel to different site on going construction or project for new store project.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, climbing, and working in
  • various weather conditions at construction sites.
