Position: 1 Project Coordinator
Job Description
1. Supervise day-to-day construction operations and site personnel.
2. Ensure that work is executed according to approved drawings, schedules, and safety standards.
3. Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, supervisors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
4. Monitor progress and resolve delays or site-related issues promptly.
5. Lead site meetings and safety briefings with both English- and Chinese-speaking teams.
6. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
7. Maintain updated site records, reports, and documentation.
8. Ensure all resources (manpower, equipment, materials) are efficiently utilized.
9. Report daily and weekly updates to the Project Manager or Head Office.
10. Serve as the key point of contact between site and upper management, including bilingual reporting.
Qualification
1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of construction experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
3. Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and project management tools.
4. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
5. Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) for daily coordination with diverse teams.
6. Proficient in MS Office, construction software, and project documentation systems.
7. Ability to work under pressure and manage complex site environments.
