Direct and monitor employees’ work, including resource allocation and level of performance
Coordinates with the admin staff for proper endorsement of Job Orders
Create and implement schedules, procedures, and work instructions
Constantly monitor and manage day-to-day activities of employees
Approval and monitoring of stock requisition
Preparation of internal job orders
Supervise ocular visits and communicating with clients as necessary with regards to the requirements
Assist in performing all task necessary to achieve the organization’s mission to help execute staff succession and growth plans
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external contacts
Monitor, evaluate and meet with employees
Quality Assurance and Quality Control of each project
Monitoring of equipment maintenance
Checks the availability of supplies, materials and equipment prior to production
Regularly provide employee feedback
Coordinates with the General Manager on concerns regarding design, production and fabrication that needs executive decision-making
Supervises the installation of fabricated materials and coordinates with the clients
Reports to the General Manager updates on the Operations Department
Performs other supervisory-related duties which may be assigned by the Management
