MANDARIN SITE CONSULTANT

- Provide on-site consulting services and technical advisory throughout project phases.

- Liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
- Translate and interpret technical plans, specifications, and reports.
- Monitor site progress and provide feedback on design, scheduling, and logistics.
- Conduct site assessments and recommend improvements in workflow, safety, or compliance.
- Attend project meetings and provide bilingual support for documentation and discussion.
- Ensure that work meets regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

- Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of site operations, project planning, and local building codes.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and communicate technical information clearly.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
