Job Title: Management Consulting Senior Manager
Job Description: Works with HR Business Partners to execute the Growth Strategy. The growth Strategy is developed by Node Lead in collaboration with the practice Leads. Finds Assignments for the individual resources especially when they are on bench for a duration of more than 60 days. Guides the HR team on how to Analyze data, and be more strategic in how to run the Practice from a Business operations standpoint. Guides the HR Sourcing and Recruitment team, including reviewing their write ups, and performing interviews for selected candidates. In certain cases – refers the right candidates to be processed. Curates Learning bootcamps for S&C Analysts and Consultants to be Job Ready. Is responsible for Node Chargeability, Recoverability, Personal sales, and Growth KPIs. Learns the different industry and function topics and finds personal chargeability. In Delivery engagements, is responsible for End-to-end delivery, which includes P&L of the engagements, running the team from multiple locations and is also responsible for representing Accenture in the Board with clients. Responsible for internal reporting – MME and Mywizard. In Sales – is responsible for originating, deal shaping and taking the opportunity through the internal sales NBM processes. Individual is also responsible for building relationships with clients, and then ensuring our proposal are well written, bringing the best of Accenture. Collaborates across the organization – U.S., EMEA and Growth markets to position the Manila Node as a viable Center. Works on Innovative, Asset strategy for the firm – that accelerates our growth and differentiations. Writes SOW and Contracts for engagements. Spends time with clients face to face, over business and over lunch/Dinner as necessary to build the relationship. Learns the future – e.g. Gen AI. Mentors the next generation of leaders – stewardship.
