Project coordination and management of setting up a plastic recycling micro factory.
Design engineering of machinery and peripheral equipment.
Leads the procurement of available industrialized equipment.
Maintains and standardized records and procedures related to micro factory operation.
Coordinate with internal and external interested parties related to the micro factory acquisition and operation.



Qualifications/Requirements

Background (training or experience):

Any engineering or related courses preferably experiences in mechanics and plastics manufacturing and has an experience in design and adjustment/commissioning of production equipments
General technical knowledge : Plastic Extrusion, Machine Design and Fabrication, 
Other knowledges :
Security – ergonomics on machine operations
Writing of work instructions and operation guides
General electrical knowledge
Technical project management
Team leadership during workshops
Project Management
Computer tools:
CAD / 3D design tools
Online collaboration applications and tools
Google Suite / Google Workspace
