Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams
Outstanding client relationship management skills
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills, decision-making skills, and negotiation abilities
Effectively work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
Advance Computer Skills (Tech Savvy)
Knowledgeable in project management software and tools
Expert with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and CRMs
Proficient in word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. Google Workspace, MS Office)
Equipment Requirements:
Laptop/Desktop (at least Core i3/Core i5 processor or any equivalent AMD processor with 8 GB RAM)
Computer headset with noise-cancelling feature
Internet: Wired connection; minimum of 10 Mbps
Software: Microsoft Office & PDF reader, Anydesk, Gdrive, Skype, Zoom
