PROGRAMMER I (GOV)

Develops a specific module or an entire in-house System as whole. An in-house system refers to a specific system as requested by the company in line with the approved Business Processes and Policies from the management. Formulate new applications as requested by the company in accordance with the approved Business Process Proposals. Responsible for preparation and implementation of new applications aided by the system analyst. Maintain and update existing applications. Maintain Database Security and Data Integrity. Responsible for Access Control and Other security measures of the applications. Innovates data visualization and presentation techniques without compromising system standards and company policies. Responsible for enhancements of applications to adapt with latest gadgets and technologies, online access to extension and satellite offices and to effectively lessen manual processes and manpower. Analyzes methods to efficiently address software system requirements.
