High School Graduate or Graduate of minimum 2 years vocational course or TESDA certified/trained Cutter;
With at least 1-2 years work related experience in a Manufacturing Industry, preferably in a Fashion Bag Industry;
With advanced knowledge and strong understanding in Cutting methods and procedures in making handbags/wallets.
With technical understanding on cutting machines functions and Operations
Ability to read and understand cutting machines operations manual.
Must know-how to use different types of cutting machines and other related tools/equipment
With good planning skills, ability to direct and supervise effectively with good judgment
Proficient in English communication skills on both written and oral; (can speak/understand Chinese Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus factor)
With positive attitude, strong leadership and good interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, can work under pressure and willing to work on extended hours.
