  • Production Workers are skilled workers who keep production flowing by checking product quality through monitoring machinery. They clean and operate factory equipment and work on an assembly line, putting together products with great care to meet all safety guidelines.
  • Providing production support within production line in meeting quality standards and deadlines for items;
    • Maintaining and operating machines/ production equipment;
    • Observing safety standards/ protocols;
    • Carry out basic quality protocols;
    • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the by immediate supervisor or any officer of the company.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
      • Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
      • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
      • Good communication skills.
      • Physical stamina and attention to detail.
      • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
      • Depending on the specific role, additional qualifications may include:
      • Experience operating specific machinery.
      • Knowledge of safety procedures.
      • Ability to lift and move materials.
      • Some roles may require a combination of the above qualifications, such as a production operator who may need experience in a specific field and the ability to handle machinery.
