To perform various work during the production of bread, providing the right quantity, quality and least possible cost.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Comply to GMP & HACCP standards at all times.
2. Perform various job inside the production area as assigned by Supervisor.
3. Records process control data / info as required.
4. Makes sure that all standard operating procedures are followed.
5. Ensure quality standards are meet accordingly.
6. Participate in the maintenance of equipment.
7. Maintains cleanliness on the area at the end of the shift.
