JOB FUNCTION

Production Planning and Implementation.
Assists the Production Manager in overseeing the entire production activity.
Monitors and analyzes effectiveness of existing system and procedures.
Identifies developmental needs and Implements necessary adjustments and improvements.
Organizes, monitors and controls over-all processing operations to meet the day to day production schedule.
Monitors and controls activities in assigned area to assure the smooth flow of production operations.
Review and Implement effective manning and/ or positioning of personnel in the production line.
Ensures compliance to GMP.
Review and Audit GMP implementation to ensure safety of products being stored, produced and delivered.
Conducts process improvement studies to ensure line efficiency and achieve higher level of production.

JOB QUALIFICATION

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Food Technology or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Knowledgeable in Planning and Organization, Monitoring and Control, GMP and HACCP.
Supervisor / 1 Yr & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
