Supervise and coordinate the activities of production teams to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals

    Monitor production processes and procedures to identify and resolve issues promptly

    Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and implement continuous improvement initiatives

    Provide training and support to production staff to enhance their skills and capabilities

    Analyze production data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement

    Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards within the manufacturing industry

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Must hold a Bachelor's Degree (BS in Industrial Engineering)

      • Willing to stay outdoors most of the day where the production/factory department is
      • Knowledgeable with using Microsoft Office Outlook, Word & Excel
      • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor preferably within food or manufacturing industry
      • Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and continuous improvement methodologies
      • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
      • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
      • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and act on performance metrics
      • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
      • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards
