Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency and quality
  • Analyze production data, identify areas for improvement and implement lean manufacturing principles
  • Train and mentor production teams on problem-solving, process optimization and quality assurance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to roll out new processes and technologies
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of improvement projects
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and recommend innovative solutions

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in an industrial engineering, continuous improvement or production supervisory role, preferably in the food or pharmaceutical manufacturing sector
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in Lean Six Sigma, process mapping and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to influence and engage teams at all levels
  • Proven track record of successfully driving continuous improvement initiatives and delivering measurable results
  • Tertiary qualification in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or a related engineering course
