  • Supervises section’s activity and personnel.
  • Monitors workers attendance, efficiency and performance.
  • Implements production schedules and target outputs.
  • Implements high quality standard in the production line.
  • Ensure to meet the required production output and delivery dates on time.
  • Records / monitors section’s daily production output.
  • Records / monitors daily individual output (IDHOR).
  • Records production status report (PSR).
  • Submit accurately the daily production output report to Production Office.
  • Responsible for the training and orientation of production workers.
  • Responsible for the monitoring of Trainees work contract schedule.
  • Prepares transmittal, requisitions, and violation reports.
  • Coordinates with other supervisors re-schedules, instructions and quality requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • High School Graduate/College Level
  • 3 years Supervisory position preferably in garments manufacturing
  • Flexible, hardworking, with leadership abilities
  • Exposure in men’s wear esp. barong, coat and pants
