• Must be a graduate of BS Food Technology, Engineering, or any related courses
• Preferably with work experience in food manufacturing or company with GMP and ISO standards
• With knowledge on basic computer operation and GMP; preferably knowledge on HACCP/ Food Safety Management System
• With skills on people handling, problem solving and decision making
• Can perform planning, organizing and resource management functions
• Display behavior that is ethical, honest and with integrity
• Can develop and train subordinates and aids on the improvement of their competence
