· POSITION: Assistant Head Production Planning & Maintenance Department (One (1))
· JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assists the Head of Department in overseeing the overall operations of the Production Planning and Maintenance functions. Coordinates planning and scheduling of production activities in alignment with inventory, demand forecasts, and maintenance schedules. Supervises and supports team performance, ensures adherence to safety and quality standards, and contributes to continuous process improvements. Acts as Officer-in-Charge in the absence of the Department Head.

Qualifications/Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in production planning or maintenance operations
Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills
Proficient in production software, MS Excel, and reporting tools
Place of Deployment: Subic Bay Freeport Zone
