Product Operations Specialist

  • Drive the market introduction of smart home appliances and wearable devices by formulating high-impact Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies tailored to local needs while remaining aligned with HQ planning.
  • Serve as the regional link between China HQ and local frontline teams by connecting resources from product, business, marketing, channels, retail, logistics, and after-sales service departments. Translate HQ’s strategies into executable plans.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in Go-To-Market (GTM), product operations, or sales-related roles, preferably in fast-paced or cross-border business environments.
  • Deep understanding of HQ product strategy, internal systems, and workflow developed by Xiaomi China, with prior experience in working directly with HQ teams.
