Qualifications and Requirements:
• Strong technical skills in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems, including the ability to diagnose and repair faults, perform routine maintenance, and operate equipment.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
• Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free.
• Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and optimize the organization s maintenance management plan in accordance with its goals to improve uptime and minimize costs.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience and certifications.
• Several years of experience in electrical, electronic, and mechanical maintenance, with a focus on specific types of equipment (e.g., motors, generators, control systems).
