Job Description
• Defines a clear future of his/her department by creating Department Policy thru staying informed about industry trends, competitor actions, and evolving customer needs.
• Develop long term strategic plan by aligning resources and actions, fostering innovations, and creating KPIs.
• Makes strategic decisions involving his/her department by identifying challenges, gathering relevant information, and selecting the best solution from a range of workable options. Being accountable on the result of the action.
• Defines employees long term career and development plans. Ensures employees grow professionally while contributing to the organization's success by setting clear performance expectation, mentorship and development, conflict resolution and engagement and succession planning within his/her department.
• Developing and oversees Department budgets to optimize spending and maximize profitability by doing resource allocation, Cost Control & Optimization and Strategic Investment Decisions.
