Product Supply Director – Plant Stewardship, Value Protection & Creation

Job Description:
  • Manage multi-million-dollar investment projects, including cross-continental technology transfers and the establishment of Greenfield manufacturing facilities utilizing low-cost models.
  • Oversee investment portfolios across various categories, including Baby Care, Fabric Care, Hair Care, and Skin Care.
  • Lead procurement and sourcing initiatives for indirect goods at both regional and country levels in high-pressure markets, consistently achieving double-digit structural savings.
  • Manage multi-ethnic and cross-cultural teams, with experience in five different countries, cultivating a robust global network and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Navigate through complex environments and fostering collaboration has been instrumental in driving results.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification (Education, Experience, Professional License, Skills Certification, Specialized Training):
  • College graduate with strong technical or commercial background in manufacturing
  • 10 years of relevant experience in Global Manufacturing Operations across different supply chains
  • Strong leadership experience in leading and managing large multi-ethnic organization (Senior Manager / Director level)
  • Multi-country/region/cultural work experiences
