Product Supply Director – Integrated Work Systems Leader, Cabuyao Plant

• Responsible for leadership and deployment of manufacturing capability & integrated work system methodology to enable the site to deliver its business objectives.
• Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement, waste reduction, and efficiency gains, using methodologies like Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
• Team Leadership and Development: Manage and coach team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis: Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and develop and implement effective solutions.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data and analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and track progress towards targets.
• Training and Mentoring: Provide employees with training and coaching on IWS principles, tools, and processes, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and management, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
• Process Optimization: Implement ongoing evaluation and refinement of processes to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and improve outcomes.
