Job Description:
       Directs manufacturing operations and management teams for the plants and support the business goals.
• Develop a strategic plan, set up the organization and set goals for manufacturing growth
• Manage the manufacturing budget
• Create innovative approaches for continuous improvement
• Direct production maintenance, quality assurance, warehouse and dispatch to ensure compliance with the customer objectives.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification (Education, Experience, Professional License, Skills Certification, Specialized Training):
• College graduate with at least 5 years manufacturing work experience in managerial capacity.
• Must have experience in setting up systems and processes, introducing change and improvements for the overall productivity of manufacturing operations.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• ISO Certification is an advantage.
