Department Head for Production Technology

  • Oversee major facility improvement and renovation including new or extension of factories.
  • Provide viable advice to different units under the factory

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Graduate of four-year degree in reputable university; Preferably with master's degree
  • With at least fifteen (15) years solid work experience in production and technology for a multinational food company
  • Should have experience in the proper contact administration for construction
  • Fluent in both English and Japanese and can present business reports in both vernacular
  • Must have been proven track record in successful negotiation with firms engaged in process automation and construction.
