MANAGER OF MACHINING DEPARTMENT
  • Liaises with Customers and work closely with the President in meeting Customer Requirements.
  • Ensure Adequate Trainings are provided and are carried out according to plan as identified in the established training need analysis
  • Plan, direct, evaluate, and improve production operation activities in accordance with the Standards of Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure balance in production and that customer requirements are met. 
  • Understand customers’ concern and report the market situation relating to Machining and New Project to the Executive Committee.
  • Evaluates production capacity on a regular basis to ensure that it meets customer requirements.
  • Establishes and communicate customer requirements and production plans and related matters to various Department.
  • Formulate programs for effective operation in the area of responsibility and ensure development of subordinates.
  • Supports the President in product development and pricing.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Graduate of Technology Course, Bachelor’s Degree, or any related field.
  • At least 4 years experience in Machining or production or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities.
  • Can speak Japanese and English language.
