Job Description: Plan, direct, organize and manage the various functional activities and resources of the production department to ensure effective and efficient operation in order to meet production KPIs within budgeted costs satisfying the product quality, delivery schedules, safety environmental requirements.
Qualification (Education, Experience, Professional License, Skills Certification, Specialized Training): Licensed Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Mining or Electronics & Communications Engineer with at least ten (10) years’ experience in cement manufacturing operation or any related industry; at least five (5) years in supervisory or managerial capacity. Preferably with 2 years of experience in Process Engineering.
