Production Manager
(1) Job Vacancy
Job Description:
1. Responsible for the production planning and capacity management, quality and process control, cost control and efficiency improvement, team management and talent training, equipment maintenance and technological innovation, production compliance and risk control, safety and environmental protection control, raw and auxiliary materials supply management and factory human resource and administrative related work.
2. According to the production task, arrange the production in strict accordance with the quality standards to ensure the completion of the production task;
3. Strictly control production costs and save costs; Manage the production site to ensure that the production site meets the management requirements.
4. Supervise and inspect the quality of process products to ensure product quality; Manage the personnel of the department to ensure that the relevant requirements are met.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Professional License, Skills Certification, Specialized Training:
1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
2. with at least 5-10 years' experience in the same field or equivalent
3. Solid foundation of professional skills; Good organization and coordination skills.
4. Rich experience in on-site management; Good communication skills and teamwork skills.
5. Ability to analyze and solve problems independently
6. Have good Chinese Skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
