POSITION TITLE: FACTORY MANAGER

As SHIMS Factory Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Main: Manage the team that are involve in technical operation. Coordination to foreign (Japanese) clients, customers, and all interested party.

1. Work Directly within the team to execute technical specifications.

2. Customized and update products, features, and documentation.

3. Document technical risks, requirements, issues, and training.

4. Troubleshoot and solve technical problems internally.


Qualifications/Requirements

1. Graduate of Engineering course or any related course
2. with at least 5 years related working experience.
3. Or with 5 years working experience in Japan (manufacturing)
4. Stayed in Japan for more than 10 years.
5. Fluent in Japanese Language (both oral and written)
