  • Plans and implements measures to achieve and maintain a high level of product quality. Plans and implements methods to continually improve the quality of products and processes.
  • Makes Monthly Business Report Forecast, explains deviation from the forecast and makes action plans to improve current performance. Formulate annual and monthly action plan together with QA assistant managers and supervisors.
  • Develops and implements activities that aim to increase added value and decrease controllable costs, failure costs and fixed costs in order to make profits.


Qualifications/Requirements

  • College graduate or graduate of any technical course
  • With minimum 2yrs work experience as Assistant Manager or Manager in a Manufacturing Company.
  • Can speak Japanese Fluently.
  • With good leadership skills on managing the production
  • With Strong Personality, Good Motivator and Good in decision making
