  • Operation Managers (Project-based)
  • Assist the Project Manager in the management of the project execution to make sure the efficient allocation of resources;
  • Assess and analyze the operational and financial risks that may be encountered in the execution of the project.
  • Assigned as the administrative adviser of the Project Manager in making decisions that are commercially viable execution of the project.
  • Assist the Site Engineers (Foreign & Local) to prepare procedures or to carry out the project to ensure it is up to standard before handing it over to the owner as a finished work.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Work experience in construction field, at least 5years.
  • Communication both in writing and speaking skills (Mandarin language is an advantage).
  • Time management & organization.
  • Technical knowledge in construction schedule, materials, contracts and other related job.
  • Willing to be assigned in Mindanao area.
