Job Description

  • Launch and develop global strategy for new acquisition channels and campaigns
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns and initiatives to generate leads and drive customer acquisition, leveraging various marketing channels and tactics
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets, customer segments, and competitive landscape to inform acquisition strategies
  • Define and refine product positioning and messaging to effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits to potential customers
  • Identify and optimize customer acquisition channels, such as digital marketing, partnerships, referral programs, or direct sales, to maximize customer acquisition
  • Analyze key performance metrics and customer acquisition costs to evaluate the effectiveness of acquisition strategies and optimize campaign performance as well as build a methodology for evaluation of the effectiveness of channels/campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and product teams, to enhance the user experience and optimize the customer acquisition funnel
  • Understand the customer journey and identify opportunities to optimize the acquisition process and reduce friction
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, product management, and data analytics, to align acquisition strategies with overall business goals and ensure cross-functional collaboration
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities and worldwide industry trends related to customer acquisition, incorporating insights ang global best practices into the company's acquisition strategy
  • Prioritize tasks according to the business plan
  • Initiate product changes based on the current results
  • Tasks specification and selection of the key metrics
  • Develop dashboards for business metrics
  • Create a tool for decision-making based on metrics
  • Ad-hoc analytics of key metrics
  • Review user interfaces, notifications, scripts
  • Prepare business requirements, as well as technical specification for IT team
  • Develop product analysts: task setting, prioritization, and backlog management, training

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, Data, or Product Management, with a focus on customer acquisition and growth strategies
  • 5+ years of Experience in FinTech, Banking, or eCommerce field
  • Strong understanding of the fintech industry, including knowledge of financial products, services, and customer behavior within the industry
  • Well-versed in Advanced Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, ML, and Product Analytics concepts
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute global acquisition strategies
  • Data-driven mindset and proficiency in using analytics tools to track and measure performance metrics
  • Strong understanding of other data/product tools such as Jira, Confluence, Python, Tableau
  • Proficient user of SQL
  • Experience managing a complex product/process
  • English - Upper-Intermediate+. Strong verbal/written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
