CNC TURRET OPERATOR
• Receives production schedule from PPC.
• Responsible for CNC programming/tool assignment per Sales Order schedule.
• Responsible for good testing of program to maximize raw material usage.
• Responsible in keeping turret tools and machine’s daily maintenance.
CNC TURRET PROGRAMMER
• Receives production schedule from PPC.
• Responsible for CNC programming/tool assignment per Sales Order schedule
• Responsible for good testing of program to maximize raw material usage
• Responsible on keeping turret tools and machine’s daily maintenance.
PRESS BRAKE OPERATOR
• Ability to set-up and operate Power Press Machine and bend items based on bending instructions attached on Job Order
• Measures and sights along work piece, using tape measure or caliper to mark reference line
• Selects die and punch suitable for materials to be bent.
• Double checks the items bent based on bending instructions attached to the Job Order
• Ability to read and understand basic part programs
• Willing to work extended hours when required
• Perform other tasks as required by the Supervisor
