Position title: Production Helper (Packing area)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Pack dry blended/liquid goods in accordance with the outlined procedures as approved and directed by the Production Supervisor
• Ensure that the requirements of the Quality System are adhered to, that procedures are followed and that the required records are maintained
• Ensure that the requirements detailed in the HACCP Plans are adhered to, that the critical control points are monitored and that the required records are maintained
• Ensure that a clean, hygienic, safe and functional work environment is maintained at all times
• Ensure that food safety is actively practiced and company environmental, health & safety policies are adhered to and implemented
Position title: Production Helper (Blending area)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that the requirements of the Quality Systems are adhered to, that procedures are followed and that the required records are maintained.
- Ensure that the requirements detailed in the HACCP plans are adhered to, that the critical control points are monitored and that the required records are maintained.
- Ensure that the food safety is actively practiced and company environmental is maintained at all times.
- To mix and pack products in accordance with the procedures outlined as approval and directed by the Blending Team leader and Production Supervisor
- Assist the Blending Team Leader in the tipping of ingredients into the blender
- Assist in the cleaning and wash down of blender according to prescribed procedures
- Perform cleaning jobs assigned to him by the Team Leader and/or Supervisor

Position title: Production Helper (Bakery area)

- Check Labeling of products in accordance with the procedures outlined as approved and directed by the Packing Team Leader and Production Supervisor

Position title: Production Helper (Pre-batching area)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that the requirements of the Quality System are adhered to, that procedures are followed and that the required records are maintained.
- Ensure that the requirements detailed in the HACCP Plans are adhered to, that the critical control points are monitored and that the required records are maintained.
- Ensure that food safety is actively practiced and company environmental, health & safely policies are adhered to and implemented.

- To weigh, pack materials in accordance with the procedures outlined as approved and directed by the Pre-batching Team Leader and Production Supervisor.
- 1.1. Assist the Pre-batching Team Leader in the operation of the Warehouse area
- 1.2 Assist in the Cleaning and wash down of Pre-batching area according to prescribed procedure
- 1.3 . Performs cleaning jobs assigned to him by the Team Leader and/or Supervisor
- To tag sticker to every fraction and bulk RMS per batch indicating PR number

- To produce and pack sauce products in accordance with the procedures outlined as approved and directed by the Sauce line Team Leader and Sauce Line Supervisor.
