Position: Production Engineering Sr. Manager (1 Vacancy) 

Job Descrioption:

  • Create business plan of the department.
  • Set objective and target for the department.
  • Department manning plan.
  • Create semi-annual expenses.
  • Monitoring of achievement target of the department.
  • Monitoring of achievement of target per group.


Qualifications/Requirements

Education:

  • Must be a graduate of any Engineering course.

Training/Skills 

  • Must be knowledgeable in Production Engineering processes of automotive wiring harness manufacturing.
  • Must have strong decision making, analytical skills, high technical planning functional skills and excellent management skills.
  • With high level of Japanese language proficiency. Can read and write Japanese characters.

Work-Related Experience

  • Must have a minimum of 10 years managerial level in a manufacturing company.
