Position: Manager
Department: Production Engineering Department

  • Approves annual Business Plan including manning plan of the section.
  • Advises New Product Quality Development (NPQD) leader's activities related to Set-Up to post production improvements.
  • Resposible for the regular reviews of all Standard Procedures, Work Instruction, Guidelines and workmanship standards of the section.
  • Promotes continuous improvement activities and develops preventive and corrective actions in Production Engineering.

Qualifications/Requirements

Education:

  • Must be graduate of any Engineering course.

Training Skills:

  • Must be knowledgeable in Production Engineering processes of automotive wiring harness manufacturing
  • Must have strong decision making, analytical skills, high technical planning functional skills and execellent management skills.
    With high level of Japanese Language proficiency. Can read and write Japanese characters.

    Work-related Experience

    • Must have a minimum of 5 years managerial level in manufacturing company.
