  • Provide consultation and technical advice on temporary arrangements with respect to running plants/ equipment necessary during the turnaround period.
  • Lead the planning activities for all critical operations in collaboration with Shift Supervisors, maintenance, and engineering services to prepare pre-shutdown and shutdown execution plans, status reports
  • Provide technical analysis/ expertise and advice with supporting data visualization to support process enhancements
  • Analyse drawings, specifications, and statements of work in preparation of activity networks for shutdown resource planning and scheduling and ensure availability of resources such as personnel, materials, logistics

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Chemical) or similar fields.
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role within the chemical industry.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Chlor-alkali technology and process
  • In-depth knowledge of the operations in chemical plants and of QAPCO operations and products.
  • IT proficiency with the ability to properly use management information systems (e.g. SAP).
  • In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality assurance, health and safety, preventative/ predictive maintenance systems and techniques
