Helps oversee and manage the day-to-day production operations, ensuring that production goals are met and quality standards are maintained. They work under the supervision of the Production Manager and are involved in planning, coordinating, and executing production processes. Assistant production manager also play a key role in supervising staff, managing resources, and ensuring smooth workflow.

Qualifications/Requirements

With over 10 years work experience in export companies local and international. Often gained through entry-level roles or internships, is also crucial. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for effectively managing teams and ensuring smooth production processes. Can speak and understand Mandarin and Cantonese dealing with business counterparts abroad.
