1. Closely monitor shift’s operations from receiving of raw materials, RSW issuance and sorting, treatment, bleaching, chopping, drying, chips sorting and bagging of ATC Product.
2. Ensure to meet required production target in treatment, drying and powdering plant operation.
3. Exercise supervision and implement immediate corrections to ensure smooth operation.
4. Ensure to check production parameters & record in Process Inspection and Monitoring Report.
5. Ensure to check cleaning and sanitation per area and sign the Daily Sanitation Record.
6. Strictly check CCP’s and OPRP’s monitoring and records.
7. Ensure to check GMP & HACCP program implementation and fill-out Supervisor’s Daily Operation Checklist.
8. Observe and exercise Supervisor administrative function to an employee violating the CRR.
9. Observe and recommend process innovation to improve efficiency and productivity.
10. Assures supervision of Blending and Loading Activities.
11. Assures supervision of raw seaweeds unloading
12. Assist planning and supervision in every preventive maintenance shutdown.
13. Ensure that all products are safe from contaminants and foreign matters.
14. Ensure, guide and inform all the subordinates on how to handle the product with regards to food safety.
15. Monitor potential food safety hazards and apply control measures to prevent recurrence of the hazard.
16. Monitor all employees for compliance in personnel hygiene and other food safety programs as per designated zones.
17. Maintains the cleanliness, orderliness and safe condition of the working area.
18. Observes and adheres to sanitation and safety policies and procedures.
19. Wears prescribed personnel protective equipment and uniforms.
20. Perform other job or expertise related assignments in order to develop one’s self and/or share one’s expertise resulting to support for operational efficiency.
