Job description
A Production Staff is responsible for the inspection of finished products ensuring good quality before delivery to the client.

  • Performs inspection of finished products, including the primary and secondary packaging materials, according to the Inspection Checklist and SOP
  • Segregates and labels the damages properly
  • Documents the findings during the inspection process; accomplishes the Batch Inspection Record and tally sheets
  • Performs rework/replacement of damaged packaging materials
  • Performs random sampling of finished products for random inspection
  • Transfers stocks from Warehouse to QC room and vice versa
  • Keeps the QC room clean and in order at all times
  • Coordinates with the QC Line Team Leader and QC Supervisor regarding quality issues and other Department-related problems

Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least SHS Graduate or 2 years college graduate/undergraduate

    • Must have 20/20 (perfect vision) and no color blindness
    • Good arithmetic skills
    • Comfortable working in long-sitting/standing set-up
    • Willing to be trained and to work for extended hours
    • Can be assigned in Merville, Paranaque City
