          I.T SUPPORT ENGINEER- Cebu Based

          JOB QUALIFICATIONS 
          • Must be a graduate of BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information System or any related courses
          • Knowledge or experience with ticketing system, troubleshooting and technical support
          • 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience
          • Available to work onsite
          • Has good English communication skills (written and verbal)
          DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  
          • Provide email support for technical advisory and remote technical support services.
          • Processes and resolves concerns and complaints of customers on technical aspects of the product.
          • Ensures to meet goals set for all metrics as required by the Client
          • Check designated queue in Autotask to see if a ticket has been assigned to you.
          • Update ticket as soon as you work on it.
          • Check pending tickets and make sure that it is completed within the specified Ticketing system.
          • Make sure all troubleshooting steps are done and documented in Autotask for complete resolution
